While COVID upended all aspects of our lives, the education community experienced tremendous upheaval. Remote learning suddenly became the primary modality available, and educators scrambled to overcome new challenges that unfolded with each passing day.

In the ensuing weeks, many inadequacies and inequities for students and their families emerged, amplifying persistent struggles and exposing new ones.
